In high school, I noticed that I was always eager to lead the group and help guide others. I like to take initiative and ensure that things are done efficiently and that everyone is a part of it. I noticed this to be a common trait of mine that then continued into my first job in high school. I worked there for two and a half years, and I was always the one they got to train people as I knew how to lead someone on the right path and execute all the job responsibilities. Although being a leader means taking on more responsibility, it has many benefits, including my teachers, bosses, and people around me to have more respect for me. People take me more seriously and know that I am a hard worker because of my passion for doing my absolute best in everything I can. This does make sense as I'm a true Virgo.
