As a Mortgage Loan Processor I am the liaison between the client and underwriter. My responsibility is to complete a thorough and detailed review of all components of the loan application. I gather the client’s supporting documentation and keep them informed on their loan's progress. I collaborate with Loan Officers and servicers to supplement and complete my review before submitting to the Underwriter for their credit decision. Attention to detail, critical thinking, proactive approach, and effective communication are pillars to my success as a mortgage professional. I know that my role is important and I am honored to have a chance to make the home financing process smooth for the client and my team. Making goals and dreams come true is the highlight of my work!I recently had the opportunity to help train our new Southeast division in our loan origination program and company workflow. Working with Presidential's executive leadership and cross-functional teams gave me the opportunity to grow as a business professional and to ensure our business decisions are effectively serving our essential team members, loan officers, and clients.

In addition to my role as a Mortgage Loan Processor, I act as a Sales Coordinator. This role is primarily for the initial application stage and transitions to processing once the preliminary application is complete. By assisting in file set up and establishing an early relationship with the client, I am able to get a head start on ensuring the client's experience is positive and the Loan Officer has more time to help others with their financing needs.
