As Director of Sales and Marketing for Inn at Laurel Point, I am responsible for the development and implementation of all sales and marketing initiatives for our newly renovated & carbon neutral waterfront hotel.My responsibilities are to drive revenue for Inn at Laurel Point guestrooms and catering and events through leading and supporting a team of dedicated & driven sales individuals.I work in collaboration with our Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies throughout the property and set the revenue management strategies in collaboration with our Director of Revenue. Inn at Laurel Point offers 200 water and garden view rooms, inspirational meeting and event spaces, award-winning Aura restaurant. Our property is mixed with ocean air and tranquil gardens to create a rare retreat in the Victoria. As a social enterprise and the first carbon-neutral hotel in British Columbia, our property and staff are committed to caring for our team, community, and environment
