I am currently a senior at UW-Eau Claire to pursue a bachelor's degree in human resources management. I graduate in December of 2025.I have worked in the restaurant industry for the past 7 years as a food server, in which I have learned the cores of providing excellent customer service.I founded a dog-walking service in the town of River Falls and Eau Claire consisting of college students. I created my own social media page, practiced advertising, and completed my own recruiting of employees. I currently manage 5-10 employees and their schedules and practice professional communication with potential clients.I resolve inevitable conflicts that come with running a business, such as lack of employees, unexpected circumstances, and more.
