- Coordinated two RCTs to evaluate the impact of cash-for-work public works programs in Egypt. Designed questionnaires, programmed tablet surveys (SurveyCTO), procured local research firms, facilitated focus group discussions (FGDs) and key informant interviews (KIIs), trained enumerators, and coordinated data collection across 12 governorates in Egypt for 20,000+ interviews. - Managed administrative government data and survey datasets in Arabic and English. Conducted statistical quality control checks and analysis on survey findings (Excel/ STATA). Analyzed and cleaned final data. Wrote policy briefs distributed to government partners and key stakeholders. Co-wrote final impact evaluation reports and presented the information to government partners.- Managed local team of 8 and conducted trainings to build capacity of research methodology; Organized and conducted trainings/ workshops in 6 cities/ villages and elsewhere in Egypt.
