Manage procurement and serve as main point of contact for all Egypt partners.- Program and design questionnaires for RCTs (SurveyCTO) in Egypt and Kazakhstan on youth and labor. Monitor and conduct quality control checks and supervise local data collection firms. - Design research plan and questionnaires for performance evaluation of all primary and secondary public schools in Kuwait, working with the Ministry of Education. Analyze datasets and write reports and policy briefs on data findings to inform policy action.- Advise research design and local coordination of randomized control trials (RCTs) in Jordan.

- Coordinated two RCTs to evaluate the impact of cash-for-work public works programs in Egypt. Designed questionnaires, programmed tablet surveys (SurveyCTO), procured local research firms, facilitated focus group discussions (FGDs) and key informant interviews (KIIs), trained enumerators, and coordinated data collection across 12 governorates in Egypt for 20,000+ interviews. - Managed administrative government data and survey datasets in Arabic and English. Conducted statistical quality control checks and analysis on survey findings (Excel/ STATA). Analyzed and cleaned final data. Wrote policy briefs distributed to government partners and key stakeholders. Co-wrote final impact evaluation reports and presented the information to government partners.- Managed local team of 8 and conducted trainings to build capacity of research methodology; Organized and conducted trainings/ workshops in 6 cities/ villages and elsewhere in Egypt.

- Conducted high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis on humanitarian development-related research in South Sudan and Sudan. - Under the supervision of a faculty advisor, serve on a team of 7 graduate student consultants to produce White Papers on U.S. policy for the 2014 elections in Afghanistan.- Served as the team expert on civil society engagement, human rights, and gender-policy in Afghanistan and wrote sections for those topics.

- Wrote memos on 2nd Committee matters (international finance, economics, and sustainable development) and wrote speeches for the Ambassador and diplomats to present on sustainable development.- Organized a seminar on the Post-2015 Development Agenda for 15 UN Ambassadors, led by the Ambassadors of Afghanistan and Timor Leste.

-Assisted in statistical analysis of baseline assessments for the conflict analysis as well as other SFCG baseline assessments- Researched and analyzed Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia’s mining and palm oil companies.- Wrote a 45-page conflict assessment of palm oil and mining conflict in Indonesia, which is currently being used by SFCG to create an environmental conflict resolution program.

- Managed 25-person staff, $23,000 budget, journal outreach, and collaborations with other universities - Created high school and community college curriculum programs to be used with the journal.- Published 1500 journal issues, 80-100 pgs. each, biannually and distribute worldwide.
