I am an HR Professional at Northrop Grumman, a leading global security company, where I support various administrative and analytical tasks. From my experience as an intern at NG, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and data visualization, and I contributed to several reports and presentations on employee engagement, performance, and feedback. I graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in May 2024 with a B.S. in Business Management. I have a strong interest in psychology and sociology, which drives my passion to pursue a career in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting. I demonstrated my academic excellence by earning a Dean's Scholarship and making the Dean's List multiple times, while also balancing my extracurricular activities as the Vice President of Administrative Affairs for the Panhellenic Association and a former Teaching Assistant.
