I maintained 50+ case files. I would collect information from clients so that I could request their medical records/bills, set up claims with insurance companies and request for all accident reports/materials. I was also responsible for drafting legal correspondence with clients/attorneys, drafting pleadings, completing written discovery, filing/efiling documents, answering phones, setting up meetings with clients, calendaring all scheduling orders & opening mail.
