First and foremost, I love being organized. I thrive on going to a project meeting having facts gathered ahead of time so the project team can spend their time efficiently making decisions that are best for the project and the clients. I also enjoy being a sounding board when decisions are not easy to come to; I help by organizing the thoughts and opinions of others and provide worthy go-forward solutions.I first recognized these passions when I began my 20+ year career in the information technology industry. While I was a green member of the quality control group, the seasoned product owner asked me what I recommend we do differently with the project and product to make it more valuable for our clients and easier for our teams to support. This question opened up a door for me to use my organizational and critical thinking skills for more than just documenting and executing test plans. Since that time I have built on these skills by working in various areas, including Quality Assurance, Product Management and Release Management. I am excited to be part of an organization where they can benefit from my desire to create processes or plans, document and communicate the execution of the processes or plans and use my critical thinking along the way to help our team cross the finish line in a way we are all proud of.
