I am passionate about learning all I can about health, and I am dedicated to helping increase an individual’s overall health and wellbeing through the implementation of daily exercise. I have previous experience instructing group fitness classes through the University of Utah's PEAK fitness, working one-on-one in personal training sessions, and interning at the University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute. I believe in honoring and celebrating small accomplishments as milestones to overcoming an overall goal and I believe consistent encouragement is helpful to others always feeling supported. I enjoy interacting with people, making connections, and making a difference.
