Train, schedule and supervise staff members who are providing job coaching services to individuals with disabilities. Coordinate with Peckham staff members as well as external agencies to meet the job training needs of individuals who need additional assistance in learning a new job, or in retaining an existing job. Provide job coaching for program participants as needed to assure that all requests for services are met and maintained in a timely manner.

Completes intake assessments with new clients, creating a biopsychosocial history, formulating a treatment plan, and placing them in the appropriate treatment program. Also provides court assessments as requested. Works closely with other program staff to plan and implement a comprehensive approach to treatment and to coordinate services. Maintains up-to-date written client records and reports, and provides written progress reports for referral sources as necessary.
