Clarendale of Schererville was owned and operated by LCS; we were sold to StoryPoint Group in October of 2023.

Manage the day to day operations of Senior Living and coordinate multidisciplinary team to ensure quality services and resident satisfaction. I also oversee Life Enrichment Program for the Medical Resort as well as Senior Living.

I am responsible for organizing, instructing, training and leading softball players. I hold practices, and am responsible for any equipment and supplies, along with the budgeting for them. I use my knowledge of softball to determine the type of exercises, drills and techniques to teach and practice. I evaluate athletes and opposing teams to devise a competitive game strategy. I manage the team during a game and make decisions to optimize our team's chance to win and motivate players/athletes to play hard.

Responsible for completing an efficient and organized registration, admission and insurance verification of all inpatients and outpatients at the hospital. We must possess excellent customer service skills which are crucial in this role, as the Patient Access Specialist, we must ensure that accurate information is collected, that we are always sensitive to the confidentiality of this information, and that patients are aware of their rights as determined by HIPAA regulations and company policy.
