I stepped into leadership after nearly 15 years in operations as a language analyst, operational lead, and measures of effectiveness analyst in the military and intelligence community. The most consistent lesson I learned through my operational experience and later my experience in program and product management was the critical importance of clear and easy communication.Information sharing and interoperability is a core necessity for building relationships. Relationships with colleagues, in business, and in matters of national security.
