After 1 year as a camp counselor, I was offered the position of Head Counselor at the Mansfield Parks and Recreation Summer Camp. My enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to working demonstrated my abilities to hold this position. As a head counselor, I work alongside the camp director while also supporting and coordinating with camp counselors.
