• Lead and develop a team of 4 clinical data analysts• Develop and maintain all analytics for Data Surveillance division in Clinical Data Management• Serve as SME of Alteryx• Create and maintain user-interface apps with Alteryx for self-serve reporting model• Utilize Power Automate to automate manual steps for study teams• Implement Power Apps for additional data capture within dashboards when source system has limitations• Automate and schedule Excel deliverables with Alteryx• Provide mass user training and demos on reporting tools for clinical data managers, lab data managers, medical monitors, protocol leads, and clinical research/trial associates

• Create tables and views within SQL Server as well as cleanse and prepare disparate sources with Alteryx for report consumption• Program metrics and build reports utilizing Power BI to enable data review and surveillance of clinical studies• Automate routine processes for study teams utilizing Power Automate• Create Power Apps embedded within Power BI for collaborative study feedback based on Power BI metrics• Develop and maintain the Analytics & Reporting global library• Train clinical data managers and clinical data scientists on how to generate output• Work with clinical data managers, biomarker data specialists, medical monitors, protocol leads, and study teams to develop new or improve existing data review tools• Mentor less proficient clinical data analysts• Assist in development of Analytics & Reporting data warehouse

• Field business intelligence requests and dig deep into truly understanding the client's needs• Standardize reporting offerings for all clients utilizing Tableau or SSRS• Design new content or enhance existing content to promote efficiency while maintaining BI best practices• Utilize Postgresql & SQL Server for reporting needs in Tableau or SSRS• Work with clients and account management to properly train and educate interactive reporting users• Train new Tableau Server users on existing dashboards, capabilities, and best practices in data consumption• Maintain full reporting library of all reports across multiple systems for users to reference

• Review, cleanse, and monitor data coming from disparate sources (identify needed automation)• Ownership for monitoring the technical and non-technical solutions and processes related to the database and reporting• Define new business processes, software methodologies, and technologies related to data, ETL, and reporting• Troubleshoot data collection, transportation, loading, and reporting issues• Identifying opportunities for improvement in technical and non-technical issues related to the processes for the database and reporting tool• Coordinate and monitor the team’s priority list, urgent requests, and strategic initiatives• Provide testing and quality verification of requirements, design, and results of ETL and reporting• Communication with client representatives related to data connections, workflow, and data cleanliness• Document integrations between internal software systems such as during EMR transition• Identify and establish necessary BAA/Data Release agreements

• Manage and maintain healthcare data sources• Develop a strategy for operational and client reporting• Automate data analysis reports such as wellness and incentive program reporting• Fulfill any data reporting requests for internal use• Create claims data analysis reports for client reporting• Create dashboards and presentations using Tableau • Provide data to providers to improve provider relations• Maintain and use Postgres data mart for data development• Utilize SQL scripts and queries

• Provide support to the ‘back end’ of Member Relations team or other related teams• Prepare and process healthcare claims• Provide claims data from EMR• Process payment posting from claims and provide appropriate refunds to patients/clients• Enter patient data into patient portal for patient incentives• Assist in patient portal testing environment for new implementations
