• Plan and Supervise the coordination of MICE activities throughout the hotel, including; Conferences,Exhibitions, Weddings, Gala Dinners and Special Events• Plan and conduct site inspections of property and facilities• Prepare all Corporate & MICE quotes and authorize contracts• Complete weekly and monthly Corporate sales activity reports including forecasts• Meet sales call targets as per Hilton standards• Monitor and track competitor events and promotions• Entertain clients and attend local networking functions• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key Corporate accounts, inbound and government• Staff training, including; new staff and ongoing ‘sales technique’ training of reservation department• Embrace a strong and positive working relationship between sales and other hotel departments

• Review, implement and maintain standard operating procedures• Responsible for the management and coordination of all group business• Respond to all group enquiries via fax, email and phone in a timely manner• Ensure effective communication of all groups to all departments via pre-conference meetings, group briefingsheet etc• Update third-party websites daily and monitor competitor hotels• Complete weekly reports including; 3rd party website productivity report, allotment and group materializationreport, top 50 corporate and agent account analysis• Complete weekly Revmax (incentive program) for Front Desk, Reservations and Food & beverage• Promote and maintain a positive relationship with external parties (PCO’s, inbound agents, VIP guests)• Complete roster for the Reservations department• Assistant Project Manager – Hotel PMS Implementation
