I have a passion for the hospitality industry. Guest obsessed, with a strong belief that a good relationship with coworkers and team members is the perfect foundation for a successful workplace. I enjoy this industry because of the never-ending possibilities for growth. No day is ever the same, with new obstacles to overcome. I possess a desire to always learn new things. Organisation, planning & strategising are “fun” to me, and I excel in implementing these in the workplace to improve both staff productivity and organisation. I am detail-oriented, and take pride in all I do. The atmosphere of a workplace is very important. A major impact of guest experience is the atmosphere they are surrounded by. To accomplish this, it starts with your team. If your team feel respected and empowered, feel they have career and growth opportunities, they will show up to work with 100% effort. This is something I always aim to achieve within my team. I am always looking to further develop my career and increase my knowledge in different departments, and all round hotel operations. The hospitality industry is one that centres solely on guests and their experience, and it something I strive to achieve with every interaction. Through my previous experience in a vast array of different hospitality industries, from pubs in outback English suburbs to five-star restaurants, I can adapt to meet all requirements of both my employees and those of guests. I know that my career has just begun, and am excited for all the hospitality venues I get to experience around the world.
