Travel coordinator for all 14 ECNL teams and 8 ECNL-RL (regional league) teams including but not limited to:booking air travel for large groups of teams, hotel reservations for large groups of teams and families, car/van rentals in large numbers, restaurant reservation and tournament registration, player card registration and recruitment of officials for games. Adhering to league policies and guidelines on coach certifications and background checks to ensure the safety of coaches and players. Working individually with each coach until completion. Working around a multitude of schedules for all the different coaches who also have other teams that have to be worked around the ECNL schedule. Communicating and organizing large groups of people to be at location and on time. Managing volunteers to keep each team organized and supported. Working with the ECNL league event managers and commissioners to coordinate scheduling, provide feedback on event implementation and lessons learned.

Coach for youth athletes in the ages of 12-18. Training individuals at the highest soccer level (Elite Club national League) to reach their fullest potential and have opportunities to grow into a student athlete in college should the oath become available. Helping young ladies grow in thei ability to time manage, converse with adults, navigate adversity with peers, as well as self promote to enhance their opportunities for universities to recruit to them to play college soccer.

• Update and maintain team SharePoint, Analyst Relations Central and Microsite of Digital Briefing recordings. • Meet monthly with Gartner, IDC and Forrester companies to collect reprints available by purchase to use across the team for meeting preparation.• Utilize One Note to take meeting notes.• Interfacing with internal partners to deliver weekly community meeting agenda.• Manage calendar by scheduling meetings, ensuring the correct attendees, and scheduling rooms.• Establish Kick Off team meetings to discuss the best platform for the Digital Briefing based on individual criteria that are necessary for individualized events.• Building and providing content for monthly newsletter.• Consolidate and summarize best practices in the field and develop forum and timing for sharingbroadly to field and partner teams.• Execution-- Provide guidance on format, develop intake form, prep presenters, join Digital Briefing,track attendees, update tracker. • Develop and share insights across MS AR: Provide team with guidance on what Digital Briefingss areperforming best (Timing, content, spokesperson, etc) and how analysts are utilizingrecorded ones on demand.• Reporting: Number of Digital Briefings, remaining budget/available Digital Briefings, Digital Briefings by team/AR lead and by priorities (how this supports the business)Field Enablement: • Keep AR Central up to date• Work with teams on intake form/content• Ensure connection between reports and field tools (Seismic, etc.)AR Operations Support:• Let’s Connect Series, Developer AR playbook (including goals, best practices, learning).• Attend monthly team meetings to report on Digital Briefings and stay connected to businesspriorities across AR.• Architect– manage and maintain user licenses, tool features, best practices, etc.

Educating and improving the skills of youth soccer players on and off the field. Using technology as a means of visual learning and teaching not just about individual skills, but teaching members of the whole team how to work as a group for a desired outcome. Placing players in their strengths and improving their weaknesses. Managing multiple volunteer roles in order to have success behind the scenes.

Event planner for the Coaches Education side of the nonprofit sports department. Conducting an event from beginning to end to educate the volunteer coaches on different techniques, applications, methods, philosophies, and approaches to working with individuals with special needs. Over 300+ members attending the event annually. Recruiting speakers to attend and educate, inspire, motivate and help the coaches feel rejuvenated and ready to start the season. Coach retainment, player retainment, licensing, certificates and CPR/First Aid are all parts of this job that I had to do.
