I am currently majoring in Communications with a minor in Human Resources Management at Indiana University of South Bend. I'm a full-time student working towards my Bachelor's and also have held a job while working towards my goals. I have a passion for Human Resources to improve employees performance to overall grow a company and achieve more. I love meeting new people and communicating with to better understand them and their situation. I can always find the good in a 'bad' situation.I am a fast learner, driven and organized.
