Including:• The ABA Conduct Background Check Program Management across the Westpac Group. This involved representing The Group at industry forums and partnering with the ABA and other subscribing banks to address protocol design and implementation issues. Internally, I oversaw the operation to ensure quality assurance and also ensure key internal stakeholders were consulted and informed on protocol developments. A key part of this role was running the ABA CBC quarterly governance updates to the GMs of HR and select ER representatives to provide data and insights on the impact of the protocol on our conduct culture. • Led the revised background check program – this involved designing and implementing an enhanced on-boarding due diligence process to ensure that background checks were completed and satisfactory prior to start dates. This was a significant piece of work to ensure the change had adequate controls in place, that impacts were well considered and that change and communication activities were well understood and effective across the entire enterprise (35,000 employees +). • Ongoing employee experience initiatives to improve how our customers and key stakeholders interact with our HR services across our HR Service Centre. -
