Manage and operate two separate Freezing Moo locations. Some of my responsibilities include ordering, scheduling, managing food and labor costs, bank deposits and running catering events. Along with handling all day to day customer and employee concerns.

In my time here, I was responsible for working with clients, making sales, maintaining a clean work environment, performing all opening and closing responsibilities and doing weekly inventory.

My job was to ensure all the employees were in their spots and doing their jobs. I was also in charge of giving out breaks to those who needed them, dealing with any problems that customers had or directing them to the general manager, helping to operate the zipline, rockwall, trampolines and front desk, ensure a clean work environment at all times and close up the store at night.
