At The Standard Highline Biergarten I am responsible for addressing the customers needs. Serving tables from the food and drink selection, pouring beer, and maintains other daily needs (utensils, condiments, set up and breakdown of the bar). For special events we work with the client to deliver the best atmosphere and quality of work. We deliver full sit down service, cocktail service, buffet style or anything else they would like.

I started off taking care of accounts for multiple clients a day. Where I worked around store hours and customers, to complete each task in a prompt and efficient manor. Later I took over the day to day tasks as well as the future goals, as manager. Addressing receivables, scheduling employees, scheduling customers, maintains customer relations, booking new appointments and clients, as well as maintaining equipment, were part of my job title.

I worked with children and adults, teaching them the foundations of skiing. The clients ranged from beginners to advanced clients. Where I specialized in large groups for scouts and traveling meet ups.
