•         My job description included opening and closing duties of the bar. A thorough study of menus, wine list, and alcoholic beverages. I was responsible for managing money throughout the shift, as well as training new bartenders. All while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

•         My job description included opening and closing duties of the restaurant, while overseeing employees and assuring everything was done in a proper and orderly fashion. Transformed "difficult" customers into loyal, repeat guests by leveraging strengths in premium service delivery and ability to find win-win resolutions. Worked close with management. This included office duties of answering phones, calling out, filing, preparing donations, and working on a number on reports on a regular basis.
