• Oversaw VFX & Animation Development initiatives, including Account Management and creation of content. • Developed targeted VFX initiatives alongside key Studio Executives / Filmmakers and generated strategic plans to execute work across DNEG’s global sites. • Maintained Studio relationships and negotiated bidding of new work; acted as Client conduit throughout projects.

• Executive Producer of the independent movie "Baby Gangsta" which was developed alongside Damond Collier, the Co-Executive Director of a non-profit organization (Pride in Unity), that offers opportunities for at-risk urban youth through music, arts & entertainment programs. • Contributions include Post-Production efforts (VFX, Editing, Sound Mixing, Color Correction, Finishing), Marketing & Promotions, Publicity, Distribution and Film Festival entries.

• Managed daily activities of Features Department, supporting the President, Co-President and Senior Staff in VFX and development efforts. • Oversaw all Art Department projects, including artist scheduling, generation of timelines, budgeting and Client communications.

• Responsible for managing all Client related aspects of show management through the various stages of VFX production. • Worked closely with Studio VFX teams and Directors to achieve the desired vision for the visual effects of the film, and communicated Client feedback to internal production teams. • Maintained schedules and artist resources to ensure all deadlines were met across multiple projects. • Developed and implemented several organizational procedures for asset management, and helped streamline production processes across departments. - Snow White and the Huntsman (August 2011 - April 2012) - Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (May 2012 - May 2013)
