I am currently working part time at Journey Early Learning, I am working as a float getting lots of experience across all age groups and gaining valuable knowledge in working with children. My passion has always been to work with children and help and support them in their growth and development emotionally, socially and cognitively. I am also currently studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education through Swinburne University Online. I am still learning every day and always improving my skills and knowledge.I have had experience working full time as an early childhood educator at Montessori Beginnings in a 18 months to 3 year old room. I’ve been working in early child hood since November 2022 and enjoying working with the children and helping them to grow and develop.I’ve also worked as an OSHC educator for over a year in this time I’ve learnt and improved many in skill sets including; team work, problem resolution, programs, communication, food safety and healthy eating, play based learning, communication, knowledge of My Time Out Place and NQR.I completed my Bachelors of Education studies in 2021, I also have my level 3 First Aid, CPR and Food Safety Handling.Since I was 8 I’ve been a member of Girl Guides, when I was 18 I decided to become and leader and help mentor young girls. In 2021 I took the next big step and opened up my own unit which has become very successful.
