I went into the field of education because I am passionate about making a difference in a child's life. I love working in early childhood education because it is such a vulnerable age in a persons life, where their minds are full of curiosity and wonder. I love creating and implementing lessons that grow their physical, social emotional and intellectual development. Students natural curiosities lead our classroom discussions and guide our learning. I want to create a safe and happy environment for all students where cultures are represented, their voices are heard and their traditions are valued. I want to prepare and inspire students to create positive attitudes for life long learning. Family partnerships and community involvement are embedded in our classroom values.
