I am working as the Social Media and Marketing Officer for the Hawke's Bay Rugby Union in Hawke's Bay. My role consists of design work, managing social media platforms, organising match day events, assisting with ticketing through Flicket. Marketing:- Design, create and implement key marketing strategies and marketing material- Maintain and regularly update the social media platforms/websites- Develop engaging content to create connections with the Magpies community- Assistance to local clubs in relation to social media and marketing content- Assisting Ticketing Administrator with match ticketing operations for sponsors, season ticket holders and general public- Create marketing plan for the year, with focus on brand awareness (growing Magpies fan base) and increasing ticket sales (“bums on seats”)- Magpies Fan Committee to ensure that content/game day activations are what our fans want to see- Working with Graphic Designers and Ad AgenciesMembership/Ticketing:- Create EDML campaigns to be sent out regularly to sponsors/members throughout the year, and more regularly during the season- Organise promotional items for membership packs and put together ticketing packs for sponsors and members- Create marketing material to promote membership sales to the public- Renew memberships through our Flicket Ticketing Platform- Create marketing material for game promotion on Flicket Ticketing Platform- Selling of tickets and memberships through Flicket Ticketing Platform- SMS TXT Campaigns to our database (members and general public)- Exporting databases from Flicket Ticketing Platform to extract certain information/dataMatch Management:- Create runsheet for each Magpies home game during the season- Organise and liaise with caterers for ground catering as well as organising catering for all our corporate hospitality groups (corporate boxes, lounges, sideline marquees)- Create match day programme- Organisation of promotional activities/fan engagement activations
