In my updated role I have maintained my previous responsibilities while taking on additional tasks, and exciting new projects.

In this role I supported the day to day operations and strategic growth of Organized Minds. Organized Minds provides online coaching for youth and adults with executive functioning challenges and diverse learning needs. A few of the projects I worked on during my internship include: - Writing HR policies and procedures- Streamlining the intake process for incoming clients- Creating a custom CRM system to handle client management - Creating Teachers Pay Teachers products & bringing them to market - Researching current trends in E-learning and E-learning tools

In this role I supported Early Childhood Educators to complete their daily tasks and provide childcare for children ages 6months-6 years.My responsibilities included: - Serving food and drinks - Assisting with nap time - Taking children outside for physical exercise - Facilitating activities, crafts, reading time and science experiments

• Prepared two young adult clients with exceptionalities for their first employment experience by working alongside them to explore potential career paths, build their resume, secure volunteer experience, and learn how to advocate for themselves in their workplaces. • Supported transition aged youth with building life skills including cooking, cleaning, time management, budgeting, grocery shopping, navigating bus routes, and self-advocacy, to prepare them for independent living. • Prepared formal reports summarizing client goals, accomplishments, and challenges over the month prior, including future care plans and recommendations for use by social workers and government offices. • Experienced in working with those transitioning from incarceration back into community settings.

I completed two Cultural Exchange Program Internships with the Walt Disney Company in the summer of 2018 and the summer of 2019. During these two internships I worked in Quick Service Food & Beverage in Magic Kingdom serving thousands of guests per day. I learned about the importance of creating a memorable guest experience, and upholding brand integrity. A few highlights from my programs include: - Working in Tomorrowland, and Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom- Working at both Animal Kingdom and Hollywood studios for Extra Hours shifts - Working themed after hours events including The Villains after hours party

• Advised incoming students of potential education pathways spanning all programs offered at the university at both the undergraduate and graduate level.• Provided an overview of the university experience including program structure, housing, financial aid, sports programs, extracurriculars and on campus clubs and groups. • Supported students through the application process including answering incoming questions surrounding admission requirements and deadlines, completing applications, and planning next steps.
