As a founding member of the Women’s Business Resource Group and previous Advisory Board member I am grateful for the opportunity to now serve as the Recruiting Chair for the WBRG.

The Director of Virtual Sales is responsible for creating the strategic vision for Signet’s Connected Commerce approach in the Customer Connection Center and implementing that vision via collaborative partnerships. The strategic vision is reinforced by the continuous development of the people within the department, implementation of new digital enhancements and integrating market research to make Signet the best in class for a seamless omnichannel guest experience. The Virtual Sales team, under the guidance of the Director, will be the conduit for customers in the Connected Commerce channels serving as online personal shoppers, jewelry experts and guest service concierges.
