Associate Director, Analytics
CurrentAs a team lead and team member, analyze and report on marketing KPIs and performance metrics for clients, particularly their impact on business results, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders ranging from sophisticated business analysts to the C-suite.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from channel, audience targeting, and creative performance to inform marketing strategies, project business results, and support client decision-making.Compile data from paid advertising, website, e-commerce, search, CRM, and public databases, using SQL to clean and prepare data for visualization in custom-built Tableau dashboards.Collaborate with data science team on advanced analyses, including media mix modeling, time series forecasts, sentiment analysis, k-means clustering, synthetic controls, cohort analysis, regression models, and incrementality analysis.Establish and document standards and conventions within the department for naming, tracking parameters, SQL queries for data ingestion and transformation, and reports, and provide training and guidance for remaining department members.Client industries: healthcare, pharmaceutical, grocery, e-commerce retail, utilities, education, restoration, and product retail.
