Responsible for managing everything from accounting and payroll to client relations and production. Including, but not limited to, freelance booking and scheduling, inventory, material procurement, in studio event prep and execution, on site supervision of installations, proposal creation, client intake, pitch, sample and booking meetings, vendor coordination of logistics, floral design and design direction.

Managed the Madison Ave. flagship retail store where I also spearheaded large events. This led to my being transferred to the Creative Planner position at their downtown production studio in the Financial District. My positions included Store Manager, Event Manager and Creative Planner during my time there.

Managed the production and installation of booked events along with day to day workflow.Designed daily floral arrangements and event work along with overseeing onsite installations.
