- Serve as point of contact representing the venue for all vendors and guests on wedding day- Advocate for and protect the property- Problem solve to ensure the day is as seamless as possible

- Complete detailed party setup in the allotted amount of time - Follow setup instructions while taking creative freedom when necessary- Using attention to detail to ensure everything is exactly how the client pictured

- Travel to events to assist the lead planner on the event with anything she may need help with

- Manage vendor relations and ensure they have all materials needed from us.- Prepare menu sign boxes to send on events each week.- Complete weekly reporting.- Take meeting minutes and send them to the team.- Operate social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, PartySlate, Google).- Respond to reviews.

- Work in the sales office to assist event specialists in proposals, answering phone calls, and meet with clients- Run queries through company software and insert data and summaries into google sheets- Organize menu signs to be sent on events and help set up tastings within the restaurant
