I have been in the Salon/Beauty industry since 2004. Majority of that time being an independent contractor and owner. I have worked in 3 major cities and 2 states in the US. I run my own business including marketing, retail sales and ordering, scheduling, client experience and satisfaction, book keeping, advertising etc. I also mentor and teach new stylists, experienced stylists, and students. I help them develop their skills further, learn proper communication for sales and client relations, as well as ways to run and operate their own business.
