I offer first class legal guidance to businesses and individuals in a small firm environment. My goal is to provide solid legal knowledge with a business perspective. I work directly with entrepreneurs to prepare the legal framework on which their business ideas and concepts can grow and thrive. I have had the opportunity to plan, design and implement dozens of franchise and other license and distribution programs, working directly with the clients to make sure that the programs reflected their vision. As part of my duties, I am responsible for working with clients and maintaining long term client relationships. My position has also allowed me to have opportunities to serve in the community. I served as the Chair for the Franchise Section of the Utah Bar in 2009-2010. Prior to that, I served as the Vice-Chair for the Section.
