Having gained experience in all areas of Human Resources allows me to see the big picture and see how pieces of an HR system need to work with one another; how recruiting impacts onboarding, how benefits and time & attendance impacts payroll, and how to utilize Validation Tables and Back End set-up to customize your system to fit a company's unique needs etc. Knowing how the various modules of an HR System communicates and creates ripple effects when changes are made, is very important to reduce risk to the company, increase productivity and improve the employee’s experience. Once I started working for larger Nationwide or Global Companies I was able to use my skill set to specialize in HRIS, Reporting, and HR Operations (Projects, Payroll and Benefits). My day to day became building custom reports for Leadership, Integrations, Internal Departments as well as Quarterly and Annual Required Reporting. Building SFTPs, EDI Files, and Reporting Dashboards to improve productivity and eliminate human errors is my cup of tea.
