I specialize in HRIS management, reporting, and HR operations (projects, payroll, and benefits).  I have experience in: ADP Workforce Now, UKG/Kronos, Paylocity, Bamboo HR, WorkDay, Zenefits, Paycom, and Dayforce. I utilize these systems to run payroll, Benefit Administration & OE, conduct NDT testing & large plan audits, and configuring complex system integrations. I am skilled at building custom reports, quarterly and annual required reporting, building SFTPs, EDI files, and building reporting dashboards to improve productivity and eliminate human errors.  I am well attuned to the daily challenges and surprises that can arise in HR. Driven to tackle complex problems, find solutions, execute plans, and carefully document new process and procedures. Having gained experience in all areas of Human Resources allows me to see the big picture and see how pieces of an HR system need to work with one another; how recruiting impacts onboarding, how benefits and time & attendance impacts payroll, and how to utilize Validation Tables and Back End set-up to customize your system to fit a company's unique needs etc. Knowing how the various modules of an HR System communicates and creates ripple effects when changes are made, is very important to reduce risk to the company, increase productivity and improve the employee’s experience. Once I started working for larger Nationwide or Global Companies I was able to use my skill set to specialize in HRIS, Reporting, and HR Operations (Projects, Payroll and Benefits). My day to day became building custom reports for Leadership, Integrations, Internal Departments as well as Quarterly and Annual Required Reporting. Building SFTPs, EDI Files, and Reporting Dashboards to improve productivity and eliminate human errors is my cup of tea. Being the leader of HR Operations for various companies gave me the experience of:Working with Unions and carefully handling Grievances and Negotiations,  Running payroll in almost every US State, (Including New State Registrations)  Building out many different types of benefit plans in the HRIS for New Hire enrollment, Qualifying Events, and Open Enrollment.
