Positions held: Account Representative (January 2012 current), Office Assistant (Seasonal: July 2007-August 2009), Packaging Technician (Seasonal: July 2009-August 2011)● Holding these different positions has given me the opportunity to operate all aspects of processing orders including receiving parts, packaging to customers specification with various types of equipment, shipping orders on a schedule, and invoicing the orders.● Maintained strong customer relations by surpassing their needs and answering any questions in a timely manner.● Responsible for investigating and correcting inventory issues.

I have been an athlete since 1994 which has made me team oriented. I received the 2010 Captains Award which was voted on by my teammates and the MIAA Defensive Player of the Week in 2010 determined by the coaches in the MIAA. I helped coordinate the first breast cancer awareness/fundraiser game for Alma College Women's Soccer and the proceeds went to Angel Care Network (a local charity). Other experiences include playing with the Israel National Team, coaching at high school soccer clinics, and training with California club teams.

Being a mentor allowed me to help first year students transition to college life and access resources at Alma college.

As a fellow, I assisted in planning health topics for a conference called Transforming Michigan. The planning consisted of finding speakers and organizing the event on a schedule. Center for Responsible Leadership increased my awareness of leadership practices through training and attending LeaderShape in New Mexico. Working in a deli allowed me to improve my customer service by greeting customers and filling their requests to the best of my ability. I used slicers, scales, and grill to prepare food for the cases and customers. Also, it was important to work as a team with other clerks to maintain orders, customer satisfaction, and to stay on scheduled procedures.

While volunteering in the clinic, I packaged medical supplies for free community clinics, assisted with precisely counting and packaging medical supplies in the pharmacy and took height/weight measurements of the children at a free school clinic.
