Brooke is a Client Assistant with the Perry Richey Group. She joined Baird in 2017 after being in the financial services industry for over five years.Born and raised in Bowling Green, Brooke graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate and Organizational Communication in 2011. Brooke primarily serves as our team’s New Client Onboarding specialist. She also identifies and implements business development strategies and serves on the Perry Richey Group leadership team to assist with the overall management of the practice.In Brooke’s free time, she enjoys volunteering for several non-profits in our area and taking on leadership roles within those organizations. A couple of the organizations include CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of South Central Kentucky and United Way of Southern Kentucky. Brooke has been recognized in local publications in 2018 and 2020 as a Top 40 Under 40 young professional and was named the 2023 ATHENA Young Professional Leadership award recipient. She is married to Jacob, and they enjoy spending time together with family and friends.

Handled all administrative tasks for financial representatives as well as managed an office of eight employees. Duties included communicating with prospects and clients, check insurance applications for accuracy, follow the underwriting process for all clients, and provide customer service for clients.

Worked full-time in the front office. Duties included answering phones, maintaining the front office, assisting guests, maintaining a high level of professionalism, recruiting and coordinating seasonal interns, coordinating The Leader in Me Capital Campaign, as well as assisting in numerous projects and programs.

Temporarily worked in place of the previous program director, taking over responsibilities of projects, events, and other numerous programs as well as carrying out previous projects for the Chamber. Programs and projects included coordinating news conferences, legislative events, the Leadership Bowling Green Class, ATHENA award, and Work Ethic Seal.

Assisted Program Director with projects, events, publications and day-to-day Chamber operations as well as serve as backup receptionist.
