Monthly I prepare and present a Healthy Living Lecture on a Wellness topic of need and interest in the community. To date I have presented lectures on: Exercise After 50, Heart Health, Random Acts of Kindness, Wellness Components, Brain Health, Walking Tips & Couch to 5K, Fall Prevention, Stress Management and Nutrition.
