Brooke Ellen Sanchez is a native of Mobile, Alabama where she attended college at the University of South Alabama. In 2002, she graduated from USA with a B.S. degree in Communications. After college, Brooke attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and obtained her Juris Doctris in 2005. While in law school, Brooke served as an officer in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She also served as an officer of the Hispanic Student Association.Brooke was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in September, 2006. Brooke started her legal career working for the State of Florida’s Department of Health in the Prosecution Services Unit, in which she prosecuted health care professionals who failed to meet the standard of care set out by Florida Law.In 2008, Brooke joined the Law Firm of Lewis & Jurnovoy, P.A., as an associate attorney focusing her practice on consumer rights law, to include Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, and pursuing violations of State and Federal consumer protection laws.In 2014, Brooke joined the Law Firm of Stephen L. Klimjack, LLC, continuing her focus on consumer rights law, focusing on Consumer Bankruptcy. In December 2015, Lee & Sanchez, Attorneys at Law was formed. Brooke continues to practice consumer law while expanding her field to include landlord/tenant law. John V. Lee has practiced consumer law and landlord/tenant law for 35 years with extensive litigation experience. Working together has given them the ability to combine their skills and offer ideal representation and service to their clients.Brooke is a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association, a Director of the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, and Co-Chairperson of the C.A.R.E. program.
