Oversaw the management of the employee referral process. Additionally, designed, socialized, and implemented the global internal applicant process partnering with various regions and technology to ensure a thoughtful and to end process.

Lead a team of acquisition specialists / recruiters to identify and hire exceptional talent throughout the globe in areas such as Business Development, Customer Delivery Heads, Key Customer Management roles, Alliance Management, and others. Currently, also leading the IT acquisition team.Managed all third party vendor contracts (contingent and professional services) for North America and managed agency processes for my assigned business relations. Partnered with legal and procurement.

Selected to lead recruitment for a start up division of Quintiles, which is now Quintiles Advisory Services. Partnered with HR, Compensation, and OD to develop a talent roadmap for an Employee Value Proposition, hiring, and on boarding key talent. Successfully built a leadership team, which still exists today, along with key initial hires to achieve revenue and profitability targets, while growing at an incredible pace. Developed initial relationships with University's to begin a campus recruitment program, resulting in the first MBA/MPH cohort hiring class. Developed executive searches individually and in partnership with top tier Executive Search Firms for VP, SVP, and Managing Director searches. This business grew well over 200% during my tenure.During 2010-2011 also took responsibility as an Human Resources Business Partner for the newly formed Customer Solutions group. This included partnering with the Head of HR, Compensation, and Organizational Development in projects such as talent succession and management, performance planning, salary planning, employee relations, and other HR responsibilities.

Selected for a new role to lead global recruiting for all SG&A functions. This role was developed for a high potential to report into the Global Head of Staffing and gain access to leadership teams, while developing global awareness and management skills.
