Brooke (Taylor) Hartman graduated, cum laude, from University of Richmond School of Law. Brooke is originally from Springfield, Missouri where she graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship, cum laude, and MBA. Brooke is a licensed attorney in Florida, Virginia and Washington DC, as well as a licensed real estate broker in Florida. Prior to relocating to Florida, Brooke worked as a transactional attorney at Venable, LLP based in Washington DC. During her time as a member of Venable's Real Estate Group, Brooke experienced a broad range of transactional real estate matters, including the purchase, sale, leasing, development, and financing of office, retail, residential, multifamily and mixed use properties. Brooke frequently assisted clients in the land planning phases of the real estate development process securing zoning and land use approvals for developers and landowners. To pursue her passion of real estate and entrepreneurship, Brooke and her husband moved to Florida to purchase investment properties and start a real estate brokerage assisting clients with luxury and investment real estate purchases and sales.Once becoming a mother, Brooke became passionate about human and legal rights issues and the need for proactive legal education within maternity care. A firm believer that knowledge is power, Brooke started a new venture, Mother Informed, and seeks to empower women with a foundation of information to feel confident and secure in their maternity care plans from pre-conception through postpartum.
