Brooke Heym is the founder and CEO of GFR Enterprises LLC, a coaching, consulting, and cleaning company specializing in relationships and communications, outsourced operations and management, and commercial and residential cleaning. Brooke is an executive operations and business management consultant, and a highly sought-after relationship and sexual empowerment coach, helping people build better communication and relationships with themselves, their partners and families, and their co-workers and peers. Brooke advises and partners with other executives, thought leaders, and communities focused on improving the way we live and work. She is a frequent guest on panels and podcasts discussing entrepreneurship, relationships, communication, and sexual empowerment. Brooke has twenty years of senior leadership experience in operations, sales, personal development, and market research at companies like Opinion Dynamics, Opinionology / Western Wats Corp, Profluent, Evolve Fitness, Disrupt Normal, and BookJedi. Brooke has developed and led large teams, including leading a team of over a thousand employees across multiple states through a series of expansions. She has experience working in dynamic and growing companies of all sizes from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Brooke is an adaptable team player and a continuous learner.Brooke is also passionate about improving community and does things like structure processes to hire and rehabilitate people with criminal records, coordinate and lead meditation groups, and volunteer with events and organizations, and perform in orchestras as a tuba player. Brooke was sexually abused for much of her childhood and the pattern of abuse continued into her adulthood. In her late twenties, Brooke made a choice to take back her power and her life and she has spent more than a decade on a journey of research, growth, and teaching. She has developed courses and content that have benefited people around the world in overcoming trauma, guilt, and shame.
