Brooke was sexually abused for much of her childhood and the pattern of abuse continued into her adulthood. In her late twenties, Brooke made a choice to take back her power and her life and she has spent more than a decade on a journey of research, growth, and teaching. She has developed courses and content that have benefited people around the world in overcoming trauma, guilt, and shame.
