Together, we find solutions for everything from daily employee relations issues to recruiting and employee career growth. Our days are spent jumping between benefit and leave challenges, upskilling and development, and the day-to-issues that employees face like payroll and vacation. I am here to support my team and make sure they have the information and resources needed to drive results for our employees and our company.

As the HR Manager for MCP, I built policies and procedures from the ground up. I managed hiring, benefits, employee engagement, payroll, and everything in between. If it falls under the HR umbrella, and even if it doesn't, I was thrilled to help our growing team find a solution.

When Foster sold to Mossberg, I went with the team to help out. I worked closely with customers in the tourism industry to help them transition their print projects from Foster Printing Service to Mossberg & Company.

I had the pleasure of managing every aspect of Human Resources at Foster. I negotiated cost saving benefits packages and managed workers compensation claims. I re-wrote the employee handbook and coached managers through tough conversations. From shuffling papers to strategic hiring, I was in charge of making it happen.

I worked with local companies to find cost effective solutions to their marketing needs. We worked together to provide families with creative ways to spend time while vacationing or enjoying their summer home.

I worked with publishers to create reprint marketing programs that enhanced their bottom line and increased the services they were able to provide for their end customers. I also provided suggestions for ancilary print products and marketing materials that increased revenue and expanded their branding.
