Administrative Services Manager
CurrentResponsible for delivering administrative support, including full charge bookkeeping, customer support, and office management.* Manages payroll, account reconciliation, A/P, A/R, and all other bookkeeping functions for the organization.* Manages scheduling, correspondence and paperwork for the organization.* Oversees vendor and subcontractor onboarding, payment, and 1099 preparation.* Authors journal entries and maintains an up-to-date general ledger.* Proofreads and edits system audits, presentations, and legal agreements.* Efficiently documents system and meeting information.* Conducts detailed data analysis and provides process design initiatives.
