About Brooke Lewis
I strongly believe that we have one shot in life and we need to make it count. We control our lives through the choices we make and must ultimately take responsibility for our journeys. My past professional experience has lead me through a journey of fundraising, outreach, program start up, group and individual counselling, and supervision and support to front line staff. I currently work in private practice as an RCC is the lower mainland of BC and have recently enrolled in a Psy.D. program. I am also in the process of writing a self-help book using the principles of Positive Psychology.Areas of interest: adolescent issues, self esteem, self worth, depression, anxiety, transition, stress managment, self-harm, disordered eating
