Before joining Sedgwick, I held a range of roles spanning project management, quality assurance and training for some of Australia and Asia’s best known insurance brands, including projects for government entities.Career highlights to date:• Insourced the claims recovery function for an international insurer, developed a team of six staff to manage this function and saved the company in excess of $1.1m• Led a 15-person team to respond to catastrophic events by registering and processing insurance claims for assessment • Provided executive support in the Manila office of QBE Insurance during transitional stage of claims processing• Designed, developed and managed in-house coaching program for WorkSafe Victoria in collaboration with QBE Insurance.I’m currently studying for my Diploma in Loss Adjusting and I hold a Certificate IV in Small Business Management and Frontline Management.I’m an active member of various industry bodies, including the Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters, the Institute of Leaders and Managers and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), and I remain on top of the latest best practices.I look forward to connecting with claims and loss adjusting professionals and industry peers.
