I am the vital part of the management team. I am responsible with planning and supervising day to day programs and activities including social, educational, recreational, spiritual, therapeutic, individual, group, entertainment and transportation services. I'm also involved with achievement of occupancy development goals through coordination with management of the promotion of the community to the public through innovation, successful planning, implementation, and resident participation and direct supervision of all life-enrichment activities.° Create Arbor Oaks Terrace's Newsletter and Calendars monthly° Create an individual activity plan for each resident as part of their care plan. As well as keeping it updated with any change of condition or during quarterly evaluations.° Welcoming in new residents with the Welcoming Committee ran by residents° Plan, implement and supervise activities to suit a variety of interests and skill levels for the residents using resident comments and input. Activities have included, parties, games, daily exercises, church services, book reading and clubs, crafts, baking and cooking, outside entertainment, travel and transportation, special activities at holidays, fundraisers for specific projects, and resident's birthdays and anniversaries° Plan and execute events, fundraisers and family support groups* Effectively encourage and actively promote resident participation in activities/social services through internal, formal and informal communication networks° Help with family visits, Skype, Phone calls and window visits° Running social media pages life Facebook° Part of the marketing team, including tours and the new move in process.° Do Montessori Assessments° Team Captain of our Alzheimer's Association fundraiser team* Run the residents outings and drive the bus.* Participate in the local activity planners association.* Assist at the front desk and cover for missing staff members when necessary

AR, AP, and Payroll

I manage the Shipping and Receiving team. I have worked on the safety/maintenance committee. I continue the same duties as when I was a S/R and Logistics Coordinator. I'm in charge of overseeing what comes in and what goes out. Keeping inventory accurate and in good condition. I settle claims with trucking companies and vendors. I also work closely with the other departments to help maintain great products and service here at OWP.

I work with customers to create an order to be produced in house or shipped from inventory in the warehouse. Working with our estimator to accurately price our customers for the best and most competitive price. I maintain customer relationships via phone, email and in person on sales calls. I work finding new sales leads and marketing our products to new customers. I work trade shows.

I coordinated shipments of wire products in the USA and Canada, getting the best freight cost. Staged and loaded will call customers and freight semi's. Maintained relationships with freight carriers. Received in inventory and offloaded import containers. Did all the shipping paper and reports. Helped with shipping small parcel.
