Office Manager at Bear Bones IT. Have many years of experience running and overseeing business and A/R operations. This includes creating contracts, invoicing and billing customers, and collecting on past due accounts. Travel and attend trade shows, where we find new sales opportunities, and sign up new customers. Facilitate and create new contracts when onboarding new customers, help answer any questions they might have, and setup the customer with payment options and portal access. Love working with customers and finding solutions to their problems. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and have become technical, organized, and detail-oriented.Lived all over the world including America, France, Ireland, and Australia. College graduate and received my Bachelor's in political science. Member of BYU student counsel, attended a study abroad in London, served an LDS Mission in Paris, and received the Governor’s Award for services for founding Bed-Time Stories. This program continues to live on as it is now a state-funded program at the Utah State Prison. Incarcerated parents are able to read stories to their children and the recording is sent to the child.
