Responsible for user growth strategy in addition to organizing go-to-market strategy for mobile payment technology with a budget of over $100K. Worked with consultants for PR and video production for B2B development while managing all aspects of user growth, including creating and maintaining social media channels and advertising via Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and Apple Search Ads to grow from 0 users to over 100K app downloads in roughly 3 months. Lead a majority of the copywriting and editing for almost all copy across our website, marketing and business dev documents, App Store listing and Google Play listing to effectively communicate our product to potential users and clients.Handled all customer support from external channels including social media and app stores while assisting in internal support to maintain user relationships and gather product feedback to improve the user experience.
