Responsible for supporting CEO and Vice Presidents of various departments while providing supervision to administrative assistants. Duties include but are not limited to the organization of internal/external meetings, special events and committees, oversee compilation and mailing of quarterly Board of Trustees and Directors reports, compose correspondence on behalf of the CEO, utilize eCare database to obtain consumer information, manage company intranet, provide leadership to less experienced assistants, gather, record, and verify data, coordinate travel itineraries and expense reports.
