As an entrepreneur who bootstrapped my company with no formal business training, I thrive on creative approaches to strategic problem solving. With 15 years as an integrative psychotherapist, weaving experiential, cognitive, and somatic modalities, my core values are sovereignty, integrity, and self-transformation. Having studied the intricacies of the mind both through my neuroscience degree, through my many years as a clinician, and through my own personal 20-year journey of self-transformation, I’ve created a systematized framework that blends evidence-based psychotherapy, peak performance and flow neuroscience, and time-tested spiritual and mystical practices.My mission is to become a cultural change-agent, empowering millions of people with the tools for individual and collective awakening with the ultimate purpose of affecting systemic change. My work includes original frameworks such as Dynamic Emergence Theory which offers a systematic methodology and set of principles designed to maximize sovereignty, integrity, and each individual’s highest and most authentic self-expression. I offer these tools and practices in various verticals: my book and blog authorship, transformational retreats, podcasting, and intensive experiential learning programs aimed at healing, liberation, and awakening. I am an avid poet and beach volleyball player, I love philosophy, science, songwriting, and my tiny, 8 pound dog, Magic.
